2023 THE THIRD BELT AND ROAD FORUM FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

The theme of the forum will be "Building the Belt and Road in High Quality and Achieving Common Development and Prosperity Together". President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony of the summit to deliver a keynote speech, and hold a welcome banquet and bilateral activities for guests coming to China to attend the summit.On October 13, Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu introduced that, so far, representatives from more than 140 countries and more than 30 international organizations have confirmed their participation in the forum, including leaders of relevant countries, heads of international organizations, ministerial-level officials and people from various sectors such as the industrial and commercial sector, academic institutions and civil society organizations.
