A New Trend in Company Reunion: Wenhua Park Hiking Challenge Leads to a Fever
In the spring season, a unique group building activity was in full swing at Wenhua Park, where FER Company employees gathered to enhance team cohesion by hiking in the park while enjoying the gift of nature. The activity attracted the enthusiastic participation of many employees, who were divided into two groups to take photos of the famous spots in the park to record this unforgettable team journey.
Wenhua Park, famous for its rich natural landscape and humanistic history, is an oasis in the city, providing an excellent place for the public to get away from the hustle and bustle and get close to the nature. FER Company chose to hold the group building activity here, aiming at deepening the mutual understanding and promoting the team cooperation of the staffs in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere through outdoor hiking.

On the day of the activity, the sun was shining and the breeze was not dry. Employees set off in two groups according to the predetermined plan, and each group had a leader responsible for guiding the route and coordinating the team. They traveled through the boulevard of the park, admiring the flowers and grasses along the way, stopping to watch and communicate with each other, with continuous laughter and joy.
The first group of team members first came to the park's landmark building, the Mandarin Tower. This historic tower stands quietly by the lake, reflecting the blue waves of the lake, forming a harmonious picture. The team members took a group photo here, and everyone's face was full of satisfaction and happiness. Afterwards, they went to the Cherry Blossom Forest, where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and the pink petals fluttered down with the wind, just like pieces of dancing butterflies, mesmerizing people.
The members of the second group chose a different route, and they first reached the Cui Lake in the park. The lake was crystal clear, and the willow trees along the lake swayed gently in the wind, creating a peaceful and vibrant atmosphere. The team members played a stone throwing game by the lake, competing to see whose stone could jump on the water more times, showing their tacit understanding and cooperation in the laughter. Then they went to the Butterfly Valley, where colorful butterflies danced among the flowers, bringing a visual feast to the team members.
After completing their respective clocking tasks, the two groups of team members met at the center square of the park. They shared the beautiful scenery and interesting stories of their routes with each other, and the atmosphere was warm and harmonious.
